The foundation for Superior Homes WA was laid 25 years ago by a young roof carpenter learning the trade from that particular vantage point. Stephen Perer was that apprentice who came to appreciate, as houses grew around him, all the skills that go into completing a home. For Stephen, the term “a roof over your head” had special meaning – he was the man who put it there.
Now Stephen is building on those years of experience with Superior Homes, a company he has set up to pass on the skills that promise just that: Superior Homes. Along the way, Stephen has picked up multi HIA and MBA awards that recognise his strive for perfection.
Of course, every company promises the best – but until you have seen the worst and known the downsides of the industry can you truly have the belief that you are the one to build a home that will stand the test of time, and friendship.
