We learnt very quickly what a fabulous relationship you have with your trades, to come to site every day to see someone doing something was awesome. To top that off you’re highly organised, always keeping us up to date with progress. You communicated with us, sometimes daily, and you always allowed us to input our ideas or referred to us for final confirmation. Your attention to detail on finish should be commended.  We could never have built our “dream home” without you, the result is spectacular.  We’re so excited living here, it feels like we’re on constant holiday. We built with Stephen Perer and were extremely happy with the process and results. Trades were well organised and on time with a constant flow contributing to an extremely quick build time without sacrificing on quality.  Now several years on the home shows no sign of any faults which is a testament to Stephen and his team of professional trades people.  We would have no hesitation in contracting Stephen in the building of any future homes or recommending him to anyone seeking an experienced and well organised builder, seeking a quality built home.

Stephen built our family home in Attadale. The house, whilst only single level was complex and included a reasonably high end specification. Stephens coordination of his trades and the quality they produced made the build seamless and of very good quality. I always found Stephen to be highly organised and thinking in advance of construction to trouble shoot and potential issues. I would happily recommend his services.
